Dynamic Airflow Modulation
Legacy constant air volume (CAV) systems over-ventilate unoccupied zones, wasting massive amounts of energy chilling outside air. Our integration retrofits existing AHUs and FAHUs with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) governed by high-accuracy space sensors.
- ✓Continuous CO₂ and occupancy monitoring per zone.
- ✓Direct integration with BACnet/Modbus BMS controllers.
- ✓Automated VAV damper and fan speed control loops.
System Architecture
Robust hardware paired with proprietary logic loops optimized for GCC environmental parameters.
1. Precision Sensing
Deploying industrial-grade Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) CO₂ sensors combined with PIR occupancy detection to measure absolute demand.
2. Logic Processing
DDC controllers execute dynamic trim-and-respond algorithms, calculating exact fresh air CFM required per ASHRAE 62.1 multi-space equations.
3. VFD Execution
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) ramp FAHU fans and adjust modulating dampers, executing the required airflow precisely and efficiently.
