Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you selected, and the message describing your building or project. Nothing else on this site collects personal data from you.

Please do not send commercially sensitive drawings, tender documents or credentials through the form. Tell us they exist and we will arrange a proper channel.

Where it goes

The form sends your enquiry to Make (Celonis SE), an automation service hosting our workflow in the European Union, which then emails it to our sales inbox on Google Workspace. Both act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. When you tap a phone, WhatsApp or email link, the same Make workflow sends us a short notice (which page, which kind of link, and the page you came from) so we can answer quickly; it contains nothing you typed.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or scope of works, and keep a record of what we have quoted. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the record is retained for the duration of the contract, its warranty and defects liability period, and our tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 24 months.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read, including which contact method was clicked. It is not linked to what you type into the form and is not used to identify you personally.

Your choices

Email sales@intellicon-int.com and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, within 30 days and without asking you to justify the request. Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data and to withdraw consent.

Changes

If any of the above changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
